Areem Plus Global Consultancies conducted a comprehensive Dagestan Study for MBZUH, Abu Dhabi, focusing on the tourism and hospitality potential of the Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The study assessed market opportunities, investment feasibility, regulatory considerations, risk factors, and the potential development of luxury hotel and resort projects in Makhachkala and Derbent. In addition, Areem Plus also studied the existing Cultural Centre building at Dagestan State Pedagogical University in Makhachkala, including its structural condition, safety concerns, and future development feasibility.
