Part of the growing bilateral partnership between the UAE and Timor-Leste, this project will deliver high-quality residential accommodation for up to 300 female students, alongside a suite of social and community facilities. The development includes a central plaza, multipurpose hall, 24 rental apartment units, a general practice clinic, and consolidated public utilities — creating a complete, self-sufficient campus environment that supports educational access and community wellbeing.
