Part of the growing bilateral partnership between the UAE and Timor-Leste, this project will deliver high-quality residential accommodation for up to 300 female students, alongside a range of social and community facilities. As the project implementor, we are responsible for the full delivery of the project, from design through construction, commissioning, and final handover. The development includes a central plaza, multipurpose hall, 24 rental apartment units, a general practice clinic, and consolidated public utilities, creating a complete, self-sufficient campus environment that supports educational access and community wellbeing.
