Areem Plus conducted a comprehensive equipment and infrastructure assessment for Medipal Hospital, a 60-bed private healthcare facility in Kampala. Working closely with the hospital's leadership, our team identified critical gaps across radiology, diagnostics, and operating theatre equipment and developed a strategic advisory roadmap for modernization. Following the assessment, we procured and upgraded the facility in line with those recommendations, enhancing diagnostic accuracy, improving patient safety, and strengthening overall care delivery.
