Project Manager

Dr. Jossil Nazareth is a medical doctor and healthcare management professional specializing in hospital operations, strategic assessments, and healthcare development across the MENA region and beyond. She holds an M.B.B.S. from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Master's in Hospital Administration — which she completed as the Gold Medalist of her graduating class.
Her consulting experience spans operational leadership, clinical systems assessment, and high-level strategic advisory. She has overseen the operational turnaround of hospitals across the MENA region, conducted in-depth performance assessments of public hospitals in Saudi Arabia across Neurology and Stroke, Intensive Care, Surgery, and Nursing, and contributed to population health management initiatives aimed at shifting systems toward prevention and long-term community health outcomes.
Dr. Jossil has developed country-level healthcare profiles and system assessments across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Albania, and Romania, and has led workforce planning and training needs assessments for the public sector in Egypt. In business development, she has built comprehensive cases for new service lines and made a particular mark in Longevity Medicine — driving its development from concept to practical application, including clinical programming, equipment analysis, and full business case development.
Her operational roots span a 3,000-bedded tertiary care institution in India, hospital operations management in the UAE, and frontline medical service with India's Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
She brings a rare combination of clinical grounding, operational discipline, and strategic depth — making her a trusted advisor across hospital management, healthcare investment, and health policy in some of the world's most dynamic healthcare markets.
